Understanding beliefs about follow-on milk and how these impact on brand choice

Our approach included:

  • Scoping the infant follow-on milk category – from a consumer perspective

  • Leading dynamic consumer ideation sessions – as part of a rapid concept generation workshop

  • Ran a second round of consumer exploration groups – leading into a final concept refinement workshop

  • All completed within one working week, ready to move into quantitative concept testing
