Our approach included:

  • Mapping the cooking landscape – from a consumer perspective

  • Ethnography  understanding social dynamics, observing cooking and meal occasions

  • Street vendor immersions  observing the process of getting ready for business, cooking and serving food

  • In-home product placements  followed by evaluation sessions ​
